Junior Accountant - Admin Division

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Administrative Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and providing accurate and timely financial information to support the company's operations and the sales team's activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Support the sales team with pricing calculations and cost estimates for proposals
• Monitor project financials and prepare reports for management
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing processes

Required Qualifications

• Saudi national with fluency in Arabic and English
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
