We're launching an innovative AI-driven accounting firm in Dubai, dedicated to transforming financial management for SMEs across diverse industries. Our mission is to automate and simplify accounting processes, delivering exceptional service powered by cutting-edge technology. We are looking to expand our team with a dynamic, detail-oriented UAE-based accountant to join our rapidly growing firm.

Responsibilities:

•

Accurately record journal entries into accounting ledgers/software (Zoho, QuickBooks, Odoo, etc.)

•

Reconcile and match transactions against bank statements, ensuring meticulous accuracy

•

Prepare periodical financial statements, ensuring compliance and transparency

•

Handle timely VAT filings and returns, as well as Corporate Tax (CT) submissions

•

Engage proactively in daily communications with our diverse client base

•

Oversee and supervise tasks performed by junior colleagues working remotely, ensuring high-quality output

المهارات

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields

•

Professional accreditation (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, ACA) preferred; candidate pursuing accreditation encouraged

•

2 years+ accounting experience within the UAE, demonstrating comprehensive local knowledge

•

Hands-on proficiency with accounting platforms like Zoho, QuickBooks or Odoo

•

Excellent communication skills in English—clear, professional, and friendly

•

Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering sense of responsibility

•

Quick learner comfortable adapting to new software and automation tools
