Technical & Functional Competencies-

• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS, and internal controls

• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and working capital management

• Strong understanding of inventory, production costing, and trading financial cycles

• Ability to develop and implement financial systems, KPIs, and reporting dashboards

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo) and advanced Excel business plan financial modelling experience

Commercial & Strategic Acumen-

• Ability to evaluate and support commercial decision-making across retail pricing, product margin analysis, and trade deals

• Strong grasp of cash flow dynamics and capital expenditure management

• Strategic mindset to partner with business heads for performance improvement and growth planning

المهارات

·        Requirement open for Indian & Pakistani nationals

·        Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (mandatory)

·        Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, or CMA is required

·        Master’s degree in Finance or MBA is an added advantage

·        Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive financial leadership experience,with at least 3 years in a similar role

·        Proven track record in managing finance for multi-entity or multi- segment businesses

·        Mandatory: Experience in F&B, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors (coffee/roastery experience preferred)

·        Hands-on exposure in implementing ERP systems (preferable Odoo), regulatory, compliance, and tax frameworks.
