Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)
• Prepare tax filings and coordinate with external auditors
• Monitor internal controls and suggest improvements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants
• Support ERP implementation and system improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and analysis

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory roleIn-depth knowledge of accounting regulations and proceduresProficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and leadership abilities
