We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to manage and oversee all financial aspects of the company. This role involves handling budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and cost control, ensuring the company’s financial health and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to implement financial best practices.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to support business decisions.
• Handle payroll processing, expense management, and vendor payments.
• Manage tax filings, VAT compliance, and liaise with auditors and tax authorities.
• Implement internal controls and financial policies to ensure transparency and efficiency.
• Support the CEO and leadership team with financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Optimize cost structures and identify areas for financial improvement.
• Work with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and financial institutions.
