# Sr. Local E-Commerce Accounts Manager
#### Job Description
Responsible for carrying key Local E-commerce account management responsibilities for a range of SPL products and services. Responsible for resolving customer queries and providing support for development of sales strategies. Implement Local E-Commerce plan for accessing the e-commerce markets and ensures that all approved plans are executed. Execute and maintain efficient and effective review of all e-commerce customers to ensure all customer visits and meetings are completed and the teams understand the sales plans and visits for their customer accounts. Handle customer complaints / escalations in a timely and effective manner in coordination with other SPL departments and reports complaints about products & services to concerned departments Conduct analysis, in coordination with marketing department, of relative elements in the market such as trend-shifts in interests, likes of e-commerce customers, relative changes in competition, political / economic factors and reports to leadership.
