Job Title: Senior Finance Manager - EMEA
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid Work Schedule)
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Finance Manager for the EMEA Region within Honeywell Thermal Solutions, you will hold a vital leadership role, driving regional financial strategies to enable the growth and success of the business. In this role, you will collaborate with regional leaders, cross-functional teams, and senior executives to optimize operational efficiency, identify new business opportunities, and ensure long-term profitability for the region.
You will report directly to the Thermal Solutions Global CFO while contributing to the overall financial health and strategic planning of the Europe Region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute financial strategies to support regional business growth and profitability. Partner closely with regional leadership and executives to identify and assess opportunities for market expansion. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to guide business decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the region to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate regional performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and mitigate financial risks within the region. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and corporate leadership teams. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and best practices. Prepare and present regional financial reports and plans to senior leaders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of 6 years of experience in finance roles, with a focus on commercial finance and regional operations. Proven expertise in financial planning, strategy, and execution. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive data-driven decisions. Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools and software. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage and inspire a diverse team. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. Demonstrated ability to adapt and lead in a dynamic, multicultural business environment. Deep understanding of regional market trends and regulatory requirements in EMEA. A commitment to fostering an inclusive and innovative team culture.
