###### Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven accountant to lead financial controlling activities for our Cairo office while supporting the finance teams in other locations. You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and a curious mindset. With strong analytical and creative skills, you bring structure, enthusiasm, and a business-driven approach to your work. In this role, you’ll work closely with teammates across the Finance department and other functions, playing a key part in refining processes, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the company’s broader growth journey.

You will report to the Admin Director in Cairo.

Duties & Responsibilities

Accounting & reporting

Period end closing

Balance sheet and PnL analysis

Payroll taxes and benefits - validation and reporting

Project accounting

Cash management

Inventory accounting

Approval matrix compliance

Working capital management

###### Skills & Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Great accounting skills: 3-5 years of relevant work experience as Financial Controller or Accountant

University degree within Business Administration, preferably Accounting, Finance or similar

Good capabilities in Excel, experience in creating spreadsheets with advanced formulas is a plus

Communication skills with fluency in English

Experience with international accounting and local GAAP

Experience with any accounting systems

Nice to Have

Power BI

International work experience and dealing with multiple stakeholders

Other languages

IFRS

Knowledge in Research and Development
