Our Company is a wholesaler of baby toys located in AL RAS Deira, Gold Souk - 2.
We are looking for a suitable candidate with degree in B COM or Graduate in Business Administration, we need dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to join our team. This dual-role position is crucial for maintaining our financial records and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administrative support, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Below skill is a plus
-Good knowledge in Focus softnet.
-Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (word, excel etc.)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and record all company bank transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements with company records.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure all accounting records are maintained in compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
- Maintain organized financial records and files.
Handle administrative tasks related to accounting, such as invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication. (ex. Printing proforma’s, invoices, receipts etc.)
- Assist in the preparation of company documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
-Assisting with daily operational tasks such as inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
-Managing and organizing documents, files, and databases to maintain accurate records(data entry).
