We are looking for a skilled General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, asset management, and payroll accounting. Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is required.

• Record and settle petty cash transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries including payroll entries.
• Review driver entitlement statements based on general operations reports.
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register with the general ledger.
• Calculate and record monthly depreciation of fixed assets.
• Prepare and post prepaid and accrued expenses with proper adjustments.
• Record and reconcile all bank transactions and balances.
• Review and confirm inventory movements.
• Record purchase, sale, and disposal entries of fixed assets.
• Prepare balances for employee advances and petty cash accounts.
• Calculate and post accrued wages and related liabilities.
• Prepare and analyze other receivables and payables accounts.
• Submit monthly and quarterly tax returns (payroll tax, VAT, withholding tax).
• Prepare the annual payroll tax reconciliation report.
• Support monthly financial closing and assist in trial balance review.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a General Accountant.• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.• Solid understanding of Egyptian accounting and tax laws.• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.• Previous experience in the transportation or fleet management industry is a plus.Microsoft Excel: Very GoodMicrosoft Word: GoodOdoo ERP: Very Good
