Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Internal Audit team. The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with audit planning, conducting internal audit reviews, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:
1. Assist in the development of internal audit plans and strategies.
2. Conduct internal audit reviews to assess compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
3. Identify risks and control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
4. Prepare internal audit reports documenting findings and recommendations.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure implementation of audit recommendations.
6. Monitor and follow up on the status of audit recommendations to ensure timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge of internal audit standards and procedures.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
