Job Overview:

Elite Solutions is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage financial records, oversee budgeting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role demands a high level of accuracy and a strong ability to analyze financial data, with an emphasis on supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring expenditures and providing variance analysis.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of accounts and financial discrepancies.
• Support tax preparation and compliance efforts, partnering with external auditors as needed.
• Provide financial insights and reports to management, aiding in strategic decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date on financial regulations and best practices to ensure company compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• CPA certification or a desire to pursue certification is a plus.
