Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the company's expenses and create ways to reduce costs.
- Analyze financial statements to determine possible improvements and develop strategies to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct periodic checks of financial documents and assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend measures to reduce expenses.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses on prospective projects and provide recommendations on their financial feasibility.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management to aid decision-making processes.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field
Knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and general accounting concepts
3 to 4+ years of experience in cost control or financial management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Thorough understanding of accounting principles and budgeting procedures
Preferrable from Suez resident.
