International Systems Engineering (ISE) provide the IT capability and service both onsite and centrally to all projects and programmes in BAE Systems Saudi Arabia and to our partner companies,

ISE is committed to supporting the Saudi Arabian National Agenda including Saudisation and the training and development of Saudi National capability through the growth of the Saudi National Partner Companies thereby reinforcing Industrialisation and Partnerships. 

Job purpose:

To develop, maintain and update accounts payable records, and to effectively manage Monthly and Annual Withholding Tax records and payments.

Responsibilities

Supplier Invoices:

·       Review all invoices (Request for Payments) for accuracy ,supporting documents and obtain approvals for payment prior to processing the payment

·       Ensure timely release of payments in line with credit terms agreed with Suppliers

·       Maintain and Update Supplier Records in ERP

·       Conduct daily encoding/updating in ERP System of all Supplier Invoices received for Payment and all Payments for all Supplier Invoices and conduct Monthly Payable Reconciliation with the Suppliers

AP Operations:

·       Process payments for all duly-approved Payment Requests submitted by BWD and HR Departments after ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents attached to each Request for Payment

·       Process payments for all duly-approved Petty Cash Replenishments and Expense Reimbursements after ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents attached to Replenishment or Reimbursement Form

·       Coordinate work flow internally with Finance (A/R section) for transactions related to Customer Billings and with Finance (Payroll Section) for transactions affecting Payroll Preparation  and externally with other departments

·       Monitor daily any clearing Bank Transfer and Cheque Payments

·       Maintain current open purchase order file

Reporting:

·       Act as the focal point of managing the Accounts Payables reports and generate reports under ERP monthly close and analysis of project expenses

·       Participate in the Yearly Audit conducted by Internal and External Auditors and Tax Consultants

·       Prepare a Monthly Summary of Taxable Payments made to Suppliers to be the basis for Withholding Tax assessment of Outsourced Tax Consultants.

Job Requirements:

·       A minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in similar setup is a must

·       Experience with the use of ERP systems

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
