• Record fixed assets and prepare monthly depreciation accounts.
• Monitor data to develop and produce accurate and timely reports.
• Record internal invoices to the accounting system.
• Record the movement of the main treasury and follow its balance.
• Records general payables invoices.
• Assists in the preparation of financial statement at the year-end in coordination with the accounting manager.
• Keep and maintain a filing system for General accounts transactions, information, records and documents to ensure easily available information.
