We are looking for a driven Accountant with 3–4 years of experience to support and optimize our finance operations. This is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic SaaS environment, helping us enhance our accounting processes and financial insights.

Job Description

As an Accountant at Easygenerator, you will ensure accurate and timely financial operations across multiple entities. You'll be responsible for managing subscriptions, intercompany transactions, deferments, and reconciliations, as well as supporting month-end reporting and audits. With your analytical mindset and strong technical skills, you'll contribute to process improvements and the scalability of our finance operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage day-to-day accounting including journal entries, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations for multiple companies
• Ability to analyze P&L, Balance Sheet and produce financial reports for month end reporting
• Handle purchase and sales deferments, intercompany billing, and subscription schedules
• Knowledge of transfer pricing requirements, VAT Return filings and Group accounting
• Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules (prepayments, accruals, deferrals)
• Perform monthly close activities and support audits and compliance
• Work with large datasets and use advanced Excel formulas for financial analysis
• Identify process gaps and implement automation or controls to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Utilize Stripe for payment reconciliations and tracking

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (ACCA or CPA is a plus)
• 3–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred) and Stripe
• Strong grasp of subscription-based revenue models and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
• Knowledge, understanding and ability to analyze and apply in practice accounting, tax and personnel-related laws and regulations;
• Skills in processing agreements with contractors in order to make them compliant with company’s interests
