One of our clients hiring Junior Accountant.

Role Description: 

This is a full-time on-site role for an  Junior Accountant in Third Settlement , Egypt. The Accountant will be responsible for financial data analysis, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Record Daily Transactions

  
  

• Accurately input sales, purchases, and operational expenses into the accounting system.

  
  

• Invoice Management

  
  

• Prepare customer invoices and ensure supplier invoices are properly recorded and matched with purchase orders.

  
  

• Cash & Bank Reconciliation

  
  

• Reconcile daily cash collections and match them with bank deposits and internal records.

  
  

• Petty Cash Handling

  
  

• Monitor petty cash usage, ensure proper documentation, and prepare reimbursement reports.

  
  

• Inventory Support

  
  

• Assist in tracking inventory movement, including raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods.

  
  

• Month-End Closing Assistance

  
  

• Support the month-end process by preparing basic journal entries, schedules, and financial reports.

  
  

• Data Entry & Filing

  
  

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, receipts, and documents.

  
  

• Tax Support (e.g. VAT)

  
  

• Assist in compiling data needed for tax reporting and filing under the supervision of senior accountants.

  
  

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience 
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills

Work Conditions:

• From Saturday to Thursday
• Working hours : from 9 AM to 6 PM
• Location:  Third Settlement
