Job Description:
A real estate company in Al Bataeh, Sharjah is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account & Admin Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling both accounting and administrative duties and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Process invoices, receipts, and payments
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits
Manage petty cash and monitor office expenses
Handle administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and documentation
Coordinate with departments and external contacts as needed
Assist with HR and logistical matters when required
Perform additional duties as needed based on urgent business requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and administration
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to adapt and respond to urgent work needs
