الوصف: 

Job title: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and learning - MEAL Officer 
Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.  

Work schedules: Full-time (Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)  

Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement MEAL plans following the program's objectives and donor requirements. 

Collect and analyze data to track the program's progress and identify areas for improvement. 

Prepare reports on program performance, including both quantitative and qualitative data. 

Work with stakeholders to ensure that programs meet their objectives and that lessons learned are being used to improve the programs. 

Maintain and update programs MEAL database. 

Represent the programs at MEAL-related meetings and events. 

Conduct regular field visits to project sites to collect data, including surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs), key informant interviews (KIIs), and field monitoring.  

Support needs assessments when required and ensure timely preparation of comprehensive field reports with key findings and recommendations. 

Job Qualifications: 

An educational background in business, social work, public health, math, statistics, or data analysis to handle MEAL tasks effectively. 

Proven 2 years of experience in MEAL (Data analysis, Consolidation, Monitoring, Evaluation)  

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). 

Very good written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
