Responsibilities

Ensure financial integrity and accuracy across all financial activities and systems.

Drive the reliability of financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Foster a culture of freedom and responsibility and continuous improvement in financial processes.

Provide financial insights that help optimize spending and improve operational efficiency.

Support the business in understanding financial impacts of key initiatives and pricing models.

Contribute to risk management through oversight of financial controls and reconciliations.

Collaborate across teams to ensure financial alignment with operational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus).

5+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience, preferably in the food delivery, e-commerce, or tech startup sectors.

Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial regulations.

Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks)

Specific Vacancy Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of Power BI is a plus

Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments
