Job Description

Key responsibility :

• Maintain accurate and timely records of all financial transactions for multiple plasma donation centers.
• Process donor compensation payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established rates and regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts, and identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and manage cash flow projections, budgets, and forecasts for individual centers and the overall operation.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports to provide insights into center performance, cost-effectiveness, and potential areas for improvement.
• Liaise with external agencies for payroll processing, tax preparation, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Work closely with center managers and other departments to address financial queries and provide guidance on financial aspects of operations.
• Continuously review and improve internal financial processes for efficiency and accuracy

Job Requirements

Academic experience required :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

Professional Experience Required :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, ideally within the healthcare or non-profit sector.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant financial regulations.

Computing Skills :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in accounting software, including spreadsheet and financial analysis tools.

Personal Skills :

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Languages :

Good written and spoken English and Arabic.
