Location: Dubai South Mockup Apartment / Sales Center in Expo City
Working Hours: 6 days a week, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 3,500 (Based on experience and skill)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our real estate development business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with real estate agents to schedule meetings and property viewings.
• Respond promptly to emails from agencies, clients, and prospective buyers.
• Manage customer inquiries and set appointments at our Dubai South mockup or Expo City sales center.
• Draft professional emails, reminders, and follow-up messages regarding customer payments and project updates.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
• Assist in general administrative tasks related to the development, including document preparation and filing.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in real estate or a related industry in Dubai (preferred).
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
