Job Description

  • Oversee all accounting operations related to the branch, including daily transactions, cash handling, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of revenues, expenses, and inventory movement.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, ensuring proper fund allocation and cost control.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the branch.
  • Assist in the development of financial forecasts and branch-level business plans.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, sales, and operations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to branch management to support decision-making.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and ensure financial integrity at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Proven branch management experience
  • Previous experience in FMCG
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
  • Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Results driven and customer focused
