Job overview

The Finance Accountant Officer will enhance follow-up with payers for TPA collection, follow up payers' accounts on a timely basis, support the company's local objectives, contribute to the oversight over relevant functional areas, and assist in the financial activities within the respective Allianz Partners business unit.

What you do

• Receive the receivables and claims cheques from the payers/clients and record the entries on the ERP accounting system.
• Review direct billing cheques and entries to ensure that the settled amount equals the listed amount and that the calculation of cheques is accurate regarding the empanelment fees, variable reimbursements, and taxes.
• Prepare reports including collection reports, cash claim reports, and MEA receivables analysis.
• Facilitate payment of TPA invoices due by sending bill reminders, contacting clients for breakdowns, and assisting in reconciliation after collecting the amounts.
• Record purchasing entries on the GP system after verifying invoice calculations, documentation, and approvals.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years' experience.
• Experience in the insurance or banking industry is a plus.
• Moderate command of English.
• Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
• Physically fit to carry out duties.
• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
