الوصف الوظيفي

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project costs, revenues, and cash flow.
  • Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports (e.g., cost-to-complete, variance analysis).
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients and collection of payments.
  • Prepare and process pay estimates for contractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Analyze project expenses and provide commentary on variances.
  • Assist project managers in developing and updating cost-to-complete forecasts.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and financial controls.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with internal and external audits. 
  • Maintain proper lien waivers, insurance certificates, and other compliance documentation from subcontractors.
  • Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial objectives and reporting. 
  • Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to project teams.
  • Participate in project meetings to discuss financial performance and issues.
  • Utilize project management and accounting software effectively (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Primavera).
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of financial systems and processes.

المهارات

  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with construction-specific accounting practices and terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Expertise in handling financial activities by implementing the latest management and cost reduction trends.
  • Ability to interact with the company's management and other departments in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports within the given timeframe as per requirements.
  • Experience with project management software used in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and accounting practices in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
