Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for maintaining general ledger integrity, performing account reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS), and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations and analyses.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain and update fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Analyze variances and trends and report on key financial metrics.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on financial matters and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and general accounting procedures.
• Proficiency with Odoo ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
