SAAS Properties is seeking an experienced Accountant to support the Finance Department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
- Process vendor invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain banking records.
- Support VAT filings, audits, and financial reporting.
- Assist the Finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate development sector.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is an advantage.
- Preferred Certifications: ACCA, CMA, CPA, CA, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
