Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Finance & HR Manager, the Finance and Admin Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of day-to-day accounting transactions and administrative duties. This role supports financial accuracy, compliance with donor regulations, and adherence to Mission East’s finance policies and procedures.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.

Specific Vacancy Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, preferably in the NGO or humanitarian sector.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
