Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in accounting, preferably in an audit environment

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our reputable audit firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting standards

• Assist in audit planning, execution, and reporting

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

• Liaise with clients and provide support during audits

• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes

• Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations and corporate policies

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports

• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting systems and controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an audit firm

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and audit procedures

• Proficiency in accounting software

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
