- Oversee all accounting operations related to the branch, including daily transactions, cash handling, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate documentation of revenues, expenses, and inventory movement.
- Monitor and report on budget performance, ensuring proper fund allocation and cost control.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the branch.
- Assist in the development of financial forecasts and branch-level business plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, sales, and operations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to branch management to support decision-making.
- Maintain high ethical standards and ensure financial integrity at all times.
