General Cashier / Paymaster

Cashier / Paymaster to join our Finance team and help us make every
transaction count. If you re detail-oriented, trustworthy, and passionate about

Finance team, you ll help ensure that everything adds up behind the scenes so

Your Role:

As General Cashier / Paymaster, you will
be responsible for maintaining the hotel s cash handling procedures and
processing the payroll accurately and on time. You ll be a key member of our
finance operation, helping to protect our assets and support our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage daily cash collections from
  departments and reconcile cash floats.
• Prepare and deposit daily cash collections
  into the bank.
• Monitor petty cash and ensure proper
  documentation and authorization.
• Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy
  and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with HR to maintain updated
  employee records related to compensation and benefits.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with
  audits when required.
• Uphold internal control procedures and
  support finance operations with integrity and confidentiality.

  accounting role, preferably within hospitality.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and cash
  handling processes.
