الوصف الوظيفي

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and petty cash recording. 
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of balance sheet and income statement to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. 
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, bookkeeping, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments, to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and accuracy. 
  • Reconcile all payment methods to ensure that all revenue is properly collected.
  • Reconcile all bank accounts on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure accurate recording of asset acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation. 
  • Provide financial guidance and support to retail store managers regarding daily transactions, cash handling, and expense control.
  • Close intercompany transactions on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Review and verify the accuracy, validity, and proper authorization of all payment requests.
  • Record lease liabilities and prepaid rent accurately in the accounting system.

المهارات

  • 7+ years of experience.
  • Experience in shared services is a plus.
  • Experience in handling tasks in the KSA market is preferred.
  • Retail experience is a must. 
  • Very strong communication skills.
  • Excellent English, speaking and writing.
  • High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Very strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
