We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant (UAEN with a family book) to support our finance department. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in basic accounting functions who are eager to grow their careers in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations and data entry
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Support the preparation of invoices, vouchers, and receipts
• Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash handling
• Help prepare financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Liaise with other departments to gather and verify financial documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• The ideal candidate must be a Emirati with a family book.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and organizational skills
