الوصف الوظيفي
- To provide support to the CTC Finance team, undertaking basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain order in the clients’ finances.
- Working in an accounting team, directly for the Financial Controller, assist on client’s files and daily manage accounting tasks.
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Client’s bookkeeping
- Post journal entries
- Update financial statements
- Help prepare financial reports
- Update account receivable and payable
- Perform reconciliation
2. Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly VAT return
3. Administration
- Arrange room booking for the team or for clients
- Organise the client’s Microsoft Team files
- Organise team shared calendar with all clients’ deadlines
- Prepare presentations (PowerPoints) when needed
- Verify that documents from clients are received on time
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, in particular Outlook, Excel and Word
- Knowledge of ZohoBooks is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS required
- Proactive, able to learn with support and by themself, fast learner
- Very organised, motivated, energetic, happy personality, not shy and able to speak to a diverse workforce
