We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team. Candidates with experience in the Rent-A-Car industry will be given preference. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent financial reporting skills, and the ability to handle routine financial operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting transactions including receivables and payables

Reconcile bank and customer accounts regularly

Maintain accurate financial records in line with company policies

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Monitor cash flow and assist in budget planning

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and accounting standards

Support internal and external audits

Coordinate with operations and fleet departments for financial accuracy

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (Rent-A-Car industry experience is highly preferred)

Strong knowledge of accounting software

Proficiency in MS Excel

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
