Description:
We are a newly launched property rental company locally registered and licensed seeking a freelance bookkeeper to support us on an on-call basis during our initial months of operation.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records for property rentals

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and prepare VAT filings

Record income, expenses, and manage account reconciliations

Generate basic financial reports as needed

Assist with ad hoc financial queries

Requirements:

Proven bookkeeping experience in the UAE, preferably in real estate or property management

Strong understanding of UAE accounting principles and VAT regulations

Proficiency in accounting software

Must be freelance-licensed or able to invoice as an independent contractor

Available on short notice for support
