3K is a leading renewable energy engineering, procurement, and construction company based in Ramallah. We are looking to hire a full-time finance & admin officer.
Main Duties
Financial
- Issue invoices/receipts and collect payments from customers.
- Prepare payments after reconciling the supplier's statement of account (transfers, checks . . . etc.).
- Prepare Cash and Bank Reconciliation on a daily basis.
- Record all financial transactions and prepare journal entries on a daily basis.
- Manage and audit petty cash accounts,
- Audit and pay monthly bills; electricity, water, phones, fuels, etc.
- Prepare income tax and value-added tax (VAT) files and reports.
- Prepare the company’s monthly payroll including overtime, and salary adjustments, deductions, and prepare bank transfers in a timely manner.
- Deposit checks/cash at different banks.
- Manage/audit and track bank guarantees, LCs, loans, facilities, interest payments & bank fees.
- Support the Financial Manager in internal/external audits.
- Prepare and present various reports to management.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Administrative
- Provide admin support to management, procurement, sales, and construction teams.
- Prepare and process official communication letters/emails with banks, suppliers, customers, insurance companies, employees, governmental/official bodies.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Manage insurance policies and handle claims for the company’s projects, cars, warehouses, employees, etc.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, folders, and archives.
- Copy and scan documents as required.
- Manage office supplies and housekeeping.
- Prepare/ review contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners.
- Develop/update and handle administrative and human resources procedures.
- Track and audit employee attendance, clock-in/clock-out times.
- Track and audit company car logs through specialized software.
- Track and audit fuel expenses.
- Maintain employees’ vacation and sick leave records.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Technical knowledge in Administrative Management & Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and administration-related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Good knowledge of MS Office. High level in MS Excel is compulsory.
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure independently or in a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to start no later than 11/6/2025.
