About the Role:

A leading Real Estate Developer in Dubai is seeking an experienced Indian Accountant (M.Com) to join its dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices and UAE financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle daily accounting tasks, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

✅ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with UAE standards.

✅ Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client invoicing.

✅ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for real estate projects.

✅ Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for audits and financial reviews.

✅ Support the sales and project teams with financial insights and property costing.

✅ Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, corporate tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.

✅ Maintain accurate property accounting records, project costings, and payment plans.

✅ Contribute to the financial analysis of ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

✅ Assist in the implementation of accounting systems and process improvements.

Requirements:

🎓 Master’s in Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent degree (mandatory).

🌍 Indian Nationality (as per role requirement).

📊 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a real estate developer or property management company in the UAE.

💼 Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, and corporate tax regulations.

🧾 Experience with real estate accounting, project costings, and financial reporting.

💻 Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software; MS Excel (Advanced).

🔍 Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

💬 Good communication skills in English (Hindi knowledge is a plus).

🚀 Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
