We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Senior Online Accountant & Bookkeeper to manage the financial records and reporting for our growing appliance business. This is a full-time, remote position for someone with 7+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting, ideally within retail or service industries.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly financial records

• Prepare and analyze financial reports: profit & loss, cash flow, balance sheet, sales performance

• Track and manage accounts payable and receivable

• Manage payroll records and assist with expense reimbursements

• Oversee inventory tracking and cost of goods sold (COGS)

• Work directly with the business owner to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions

• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure financial compliance

• Use accounting and bookkeeping software (such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, or equivalent)
