Job Summary
Duties and Essential Job FunctionsManagement:1.Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining an appropriate company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers2.Maintains professional and technical knowledge3.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededTechnical:4.Prepares journal entries and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts5.Analyzes and reconciles expenditure/revenues and designated accounts6.Monitors designated accounts and expenditures, ensuring data is recorded in the company’s financial accounting system7.Calculates and prepares reimbursement billings and tracks payables/receivables8.Prepare monthly invoices and statements as needed9.Communicate with designated parties regarding payment issuesPolicy and Procedure:10.Adheres fully to the mandated financial regulations and norms11.Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by performing within organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations12.Implementation of all related organizational policies and procedures13.Implementation of all related rules and regulations14.Ensure commitment to all QHSE regulations and procedures as per management requirements15.Ensure that all company assets are maintained and used properly avoiding any damage or misuseReporting:16.Provides written or verbal reports in the appropriate medium and context
