Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software
Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely and accurate manner
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist with audits, tax filings, and year-end closings
Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies
Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records

Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant (typically 2–5 years)
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
