Job Description
Join our printing shop as an Office Assistant-Accountant! We're seeking a proactive individual with strong organizational and accounting skills to manage client interactions, office tasks, and financial operations while contributing to our supportive and collaborative team.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records, invoices, payments, and petty cash
- Support payroll and coordinate with vendors
- Handle office correspondence, filing, and scheduling
- Assist with client calls, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain client databases and office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Admin.
- Knowledge of accounting systems, ERP, and MS Office
- Strong communication skills (English & Arabic)
- Detail-oriented, positive, and a team player
- Preferably female
- 2-4 years of relevant experience required
- Preferably from Nasr City area
