Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and qualified Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, supporting financial planning and analysis, and ensuring accurate reporting in line with applicable standards.

- Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
- Liason with group finance teams for consoldiation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE financial regulations
- Support audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Prepare VAT filings and manage related compliance requirements
- Assist in the financial evaluation of investment projects and portfolio performance
- Contribute to the improvement of internal financial controls and processes

Requirements:

- ACCA qualification or equivalent (e.g., CA, CPA) – mandatory
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of IFRS, UAE tax/VAT regulations, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be currently based in the UAE and legally eligible to work

Preferred:

- Experience in investment firms, holding companies, or multi-entity environments
- Familiarity with financial modeling and business analysis
