الوصف الوظيفي

• Prepare weekly reconciliations and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Compile and submit monthly regulatory reports, ensuring alignment with operational data.
• Perform third-party reconciliations involving custodians, liquidity providers, and payment processors; identify, report, and resolve variances in a timely manner.
• Reconcile OTC transactions in collaboration with the Operations team.
• Investigate discrepancies, variances, or irregularities in client money reconciliations, and coordinate with relevant teams for prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized reconciliation documentation, including supporting records and audit trails, in compliance with internal and external standards.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies; support audit processes as needed.
• Collaborate with the IT team to enhance automation and improve data integration between internal tools (e.g., Data Clips) and Oracle ERP.
• Perform daily and periodic client money reconciliations, ensuring accurate recording and categorization of transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities at both the entity and group levels.

المهارات

• EducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA / ACCA certification is a plus.
• ExperienceMinimum 2–3 years + of relevant experience, ideally in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• Hands-on experience in financial operations, reconciliation processes, and regulatory reporting.
• Exposure to working with third-party financial service providers (custodians, liquidity providers, payment processors).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP, especially in financial modules and data booking.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Sound understanding of regulatory compliance in finance and accounting.
