About the job Junior Accountant

Job Title: Assistant / Graduate Accountant
Location: JAFZA, Dubai.
Contract Type: Temporary 3 Months
Reporting To: Financial Controller Dubai MRO

Our client is the largest US-based supplier of aerospace and defense products. 

About the Role:
They are seeking a motivated Assistant/Graduate Accountant for a 3-month temporary assignment at its Dubai MRO site. The role supports the finance team with monthly reporting, accounts reconciliation, AP processing, and general financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

  
  

• Process AP invoices and liaise with vendors

  
  

• Support reconciliations (vendor statements, intercompany AR/AP, balance sheet)

  
  

• Complete assigned month-end tasks and accruals

  
  

• Ensure compliance with financial controls and SOX requirements

  
  

• Support statutory, tax, and ad hoc finance activities

  
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold a valid own visa (spouse/golden/freelance)

  
  

• Must be immediately available

  
  

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and financial systems preferred

  
  

• Strong communication and analytical skills

  
  

• Willing to commute to JAFZA (no transport provided)
