Responsibilities

1. Managing all finance and accounting operations, Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances, Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.

2. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

3. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

4. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

5. Research technical accounting issues for compliance

6. Support month-end and year-end close process

7. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

8. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

- Strong multi-tasking capability

- Proven working experience as a Chief Accountant

- 8+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- High experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.
