تفاصيل الوظيفة

1. Responsible for accounting administrative duties, accounts payable, and other duties as assigned by immediate superior or person duly authorized.

2. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

3. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.

4. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.

5. Supports the smooth and efficient running of the Accounting & HR Departments.

6. Assist colleagues while maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office.

7. Responsibilities will include special projects, coordination of colleague events, administrative responsibilities and assisting with general concerns/ issues.

8. Support and assist with the welcoming of new hires, maintaining files and providing support for the employment process.

9. Payroll administration and reconciliation.
End of Year Tabulation of income data for tax submission purposes.
