الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and implement the operational plan for business development in the audit department.
- Prepare the annual budget for the audit portfolio, including projected profit and loss
- Design and execute the annual service promotion plan
- Review and maintain accuracy of website content related to audit services
- Prepare technical and financial proposals for clients
- Draft and review client engagement letters
- Review and finalize audit reports
- Deliver professional presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Prepare the annual report for the Capital Markets Authority
- Conduct monthly training sessions for audit department staff
- Oversee proper administrative filing of soft and hard copies
- · Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the direct manager
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and (CPA) or equivalent professional certification
- Preferably 8+ years of experience in international audit firms
- Proficiency in International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Companies Law No. 1 of 2016 and its Executive Regulations
- Commerce Law No. 68 of 1980 and its Executive Regulations
- Law No. 7 of 2010 – Establishment of Capital Markets Authority (especially Module Five)
- Private Sector Labor Law No. 6 of 2010 and related amendments
- Familiarity with other relevant legislation affecting the audit profession
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects
- Experience using audit software (e.g., Global Focus)
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Strong professional skepticism, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
