Job Role/ Purpose

Pharma Group is recruiting a male Cashier/ Treasury Accountant responsible of the cash flow in the company and the coordination with the banks.

Key Responsibilities

1.Prepare cash payments (PVs) upon request

2.Follow up on checks settlement and cash withdrawal with banks for reconciliation

3.Receive payments by cash or checks from sales reps

4.Deposit cash and checks received on daily basis in the banks

5.Responsible of the petty cash in the safe, as well as other important documents

6.Count petty cash on regular basis to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

7.Compute and record all transactions.

8.Pay company bills by cash, vouchers, or checks.

9.Follow up with the runner (driver) on his daily activities

Key Requirements

1.University degree in Business or Accounting

2.Minimum 2 years in a similar position

3. Good communication skills,

4.Trustworthy

5.Detail-oriented

6. Analytical skills

7. Ready to join immediately
