Accountant (Construction Sector)

Experience Required:

Maximum 5 years of accounting experience, with proven background in construction companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and manage daily financial transactions and journal entries.

Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

Track project expenses and assist in preparing budgets and cost reports.

Handle supplier and subcontractor invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.

Prepare and file tax reports, VAT, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Support internal and external audit processes.

Maintain accurate records of project financial data.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.Up to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or contracting companies.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good understanding of local tax laws and accounting standards.
